How we work

From design visit to installation

You receive a drawing and a written quote before ordering. Once you approve them, we arrange the supply and installation.

The six steps

What the finished run looks like

  1. 01

    Measure

We measure each wall and the ceiling height, including the door opening and trim. We mark outlets, vents and other fixed features on the plan, then check clearance for drawers and pull-outs.

  2. 02

    Draw

You receive a dimensioned plan and an elevation for each wall. The drawings show the selected modules and their positions.

  3. 03

    Quote

The written quote covers parts, delivery and installation. You can review the scope and request changes before ordering.

  4. 04

    Order and deliver

After you approve the drawing, we order the specified modules. They arrive flat in labeled cartons, and we arrange delivery and staging.

  5. 05

    Install

We find and mark the studs, set and level the cleats, hang the modules section by section, scribe the filler panels to the wall, hang the rods, fit the drawer boxes and set the fronts to an even reveal. The room is swept and the cartons leave with us.

  6. 06

    Walkthrough

We walk it with you, adjust the doors and drawers, write down anything outstanding, and come back to close it.

What we need from you

Before the visit
If you have room photos or rough wall measurements, send them before the visit, including the door opening and any slopes or fixed equipment. We take the final measurements on site.
Access
the room clear on the morning we install, and somewhere to park a van within carrying distance.
The old shelving
if brackets and wire shelving are still on the walls at the measure, say so and we will price the removal into the quote.
Decisions before the order
the finish, the front style, the hardware, and any change to the layout. Those are locked when you sign the drawing.
One contact
the person who signs the drawing and takes the call on install day.
Power
a working outlet in or near the room.
